- 1.5 to 2 year Master’s programs (except weekend programs)

3. You have passed with at least:
- 70% marks (Semester System)
- 60% marks (Annual System)
4. Your result and marks will be checked by HEC (Higher Education Commission).
Who Cannot Apply in Prime Minister Youth Laptop Scheme 2025?
You cannot apply if:
1. You study in a private college or university.
2. You study in an affiliated college, not directly under HEC.
3. You already got a laptop from any government scheme before.
4. You are a foreign student or from AJK.
5. You did not apply online or didn’t complete the form properly.
6. Your degree finished before laptops are given.
7. You failed to show correct documents when asked.
How to Apply for PM Laptop Scheme 2025

1. Go to the official website: www.pmyp.gov.pk
2. Or download the Digital Youth Hub App from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
3. Fill the online form with your correct name, CNIC, university, and program details.
4. Submit the form before the last date: 20th May 2025
