Requirements to be part of our Team

1. Expertise: Trainers should have a strong background in the field with a deep understanding of all related.

2. Education and Experience: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred. In addition, relevant work experience in to effectively impart knowledge to our trainees is a plus

3. Knowledge of Tools, techniques and Software: Proficiency in industry tools, techniques and software is essential.

4. Communication Skills: Effective communication is a must-have skill for trainers. You need to be able to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner, as well as actively engage with their audience during training sessions.

5. Training and Presentation Skills: Trainers, should be adept at creating and delivering engaging presentations, interactive workshops, and hands-on exercises that help participants grasp the material and apply it in practical scenarios.

6. Adaptability and Flexibility: Trainers must stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques. They should be adaptable to changes and be able to adjust their training content accordingly.

7. Experience with Real-world Projects: Practical experience in working with real-world projects is a +.

8. Ability to Assess Participants’ Progress: Trainers should be able to assess the progress of participants, provide constructive feedback, and offer additional support as needed.
